Come awa' in, as we say in Scotland, and make yourself at home. I may be living frugally, but I can stretch to a cup of tea!

The Intolerant Baker: I am a happy amateur baker who learned proper Scottish farmhouse baking at my mother's knee. However, more and more these days I find myself catering for friends and family with various food allergies and intolerances. This is where I post my successes and may occasionally confess my failures.
